Saiful/Bouquet is committed to excellent service based on sustained relationships with a select client base. Throughout each project, our Clients work with an a Principal or an Associate of the firm, who is intimately familiar with their project on a detailed level, and who is empowered to commit the resources of the firm as required to serve the project. SBI strives to understand the Client's needs on a fundamental level from the earliest stages of a project, and the Principal/ Associate in charge of the project is available and responsive to the Client at all times. Clients consistently report that SBI is proactive in setting projects on the proper course, anticipating and resolving conflicts, and responding quickly during the construction phase.



DESIGN
Saiful/Bouquet is a leader in the state-of-the-art seismic analysys and in the development of innovative techniques for predicting seismic performance of buildings, and designing or strengthening structures for enhanced seismic performance. Our thorough understanding and participation in the development of seismic Codes, regulations, and design methodologies allows us to create safe, cost-effective seismic design solutions, which are well received by building officials. However, we also believe that the best designs are the simplest. Structural designs should be tailored to the individual project based on a thorough understanding of the underlying structural philosophy, the Client's needs, and all pertinent regulatory requirements. Seismic design should be simple, easy to build, efficient, and unobtrusive. Seismic performance objectives should be discussed with the Client, and performance-based seismic engineering is strongly encouraged because it adds value to a project.
